Basic terms for the Gifnex site, beta, app, and brand.
These terms are meant to make one thing clear before launch: Gifnex is a Norvex product, and access to it does not mean the app or brand can be redistributed, resold, or presented as someone else's.

Limited use
You may use the Gifnex website and any approved beta access only for their intended purpose. That means evaluating, using, and learning about Gifnex as provided by Norvex, not repackaging it as your own product or service.
No redistribution or resale
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, mirror, publish, or otherwise make the Gifnex app or related materials available to others unless Norvex gives written permission first. That includes sharing builds as if they were your own release.
No passing off or brand misuse
You may not claim that Gifnex is your product, remove ownership notices, use the Gifnex or Norvex names in a misleading way, or present the app in a way that suggests a false affiliation, authorship, or endorsement.
Pre-launch status
Gifnex is still pre-launch and may change, pause, or be removed at any time. Features, availability, pricing, and access rules can change before public release.
Enforcement
Norvex may suspend or revoke access to the site, waitlist, beta, or future builds if these terms are violated. Norvex may also update these terms as the product and distribution model become more concrete.

This page is a simple pre-launch terms page for the landing site and early distribution. Before a broader public release, the terms should be reviewed and expanded to match the real licensing, payment, support, and jurisdiction details Norvex plans to use.
